I was given a good rundown on the status of every vital part of my car so that I have an idea of what will need to be done soon. The oil change and tire rotation were done excellently as always. The staff are professional and helpful. Any work I've had done there has always been completed on time even when I decide to wait. The waiting area is so relaxed and comfortable. I've used my coverage for tire repairs and have had my car towed there in the middle of the night once. They have a system to take care of things and I know I'll be back on the road soon anytime I need work done. I talk to a lot of people about problems with mechanics and dealers. I always tell them well that hasn't happened to me at Gerald Nissan!
